For orders below $50 a standard shipping charge of $2.90 is applicable.

Packages returned to the Focal warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a PRODUCT REFUND.

We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.

Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise.

Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends.

Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed out the following business day.

In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, if an upgraded shipping method had been chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be sent via the upgraded method. Any shipments thereafter will be shipped via standard domestic or international shipping offered at that time.

If your order contains one or more pre-order/back-ordered item(s), the entire order will beheld until all items are in stock and can be shipped together. FedEx Standard Overnight® : Delivery for the next business day by 3 PM to most areas and by 4:30 PM PST to some rural areas throughout all 50 states (Hawaii service is outbound only). No delivery on Saturday.

UPS Mail Innovations inducts your mail piece into the U.S. Postal Service within 48 hours of processing. The U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the mail piece within 3 to 5 days, on average. (Total shipping period can be about 5-7 business days.)

All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund. Executive rewards members have a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

Must include a valid original purchase order number from focalgoods.com. Purchases made outside of focalgoods.com must contact respective seller for returns.

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

Aside for Elite and Executive rewards members, return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. Focal Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

Please follow these instructions for returns:

1. Click "Start a Return" and enter your order number and email address associated with the order. You may also initiate a return by logging into your account and clicking on the “Request a return” button next to the desired order.

2. Choose the item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item.

3. Select the shipping method for the return. Elite and Executive rewards members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. All other customers who have chosen the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid shipping label right away through the Returns Dashboard. An email containing the shipping label should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).

4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:
