Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed out the following business day.

In the event your purchase is split into multiple packages for shipment, if an upgraded shipping method had been chosen for the order, the initial shipment will be sent via the upgraded method. Please follow these instructions for returns:

3. Select the shipping method for the return. Elite and Executive rewards members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. All other customers who have chosen the pre-paid shipping label method should be able to access the pre-paid shipping label right away through the Returns Dashboard. An email containing the shipping label should have also been sent (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).

4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and drop the package off at your local post office. If you are not using a pre-paid shipping label, please ship the package to the following address:
